Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery

We carefully package and ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Gurgaon. Because many of our items are artisanal, please allow for the following timelines:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Domestic Delivery (India): 4-7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders over ₹5,000. Standard rates apply for orders below this threshold.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sculpt & Stitch pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Pottery and fragile home decor items must be returned in their original protective packaging to prevent damage.
• Customized or final-sale items cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please email contact.sculptandstitch@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
